Without you Jesus I Am nothing! HEAVENLY Father please give me strength. These past three years have been difficult on me and my children. At times I feel so alone especially as a single mother both of my sons are autistic and now that I’m homeschooling them my hours to work are limited. I’m still struggling to support my children and I’m so ashamed. But even as I struggle to pay rent and I struggle to buy groceries. I KEEP FAITH in you LORD. Lord hear my prayers I’m so overwhelmed and discouraged. I LOVE YOU JESUS SAVE ME FROM THIS CYCLE OF POVERTY I’ve been facing. Please keep me encouraged because I want to give up. I must admit Tone is a big thing. It always has been for me. For some reason I was created with a more sensitive spirit and I can get hurt kinda easy but how people sound towards me. So That is a area of my life I have prayed about that God would help me not to be so sensitive. Some people are not as sensitive and have thick skin so it does not affect them but many times it does me. I do believe as Believers we do need to think about what we say, how we say it and the tone. I think it is all important. I am for sure a work in progress as so many other believers are. I do find that when it comes to other believers sometimes we expect more from them than the world. I have to remind myself believers are people too and God is still working on them also.

Find the why…so good! You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge! Stopping for a split second before I speak has been making such a big difference in my life. When I stop, 90% of the time, I don’t say what I’m thinking. Either it’s not kind, necessary, uplifting, encouraging or whatever. This has kept me from making so many problems for myself!

Thank you for the 5 tips and your openness Heidi. I think it really helps, adressing it like this. Helps me to reflect on my own life and stumblings. I thought about the prommis Jesus gave ‭in Matthew‬ ‭11:28‭-‬30‬ and wanted to share it as encouragement: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Amen! Oh, I needed this so much today. I met my Father and brother today and old patterns, emotions came up and it didn’t go well. Good stuff, Heidi! Can I add even the words and punctuations we use in text messages can come across harsh. It’s a challenge to walk softly with others when we are having a hard (Jonah day) or don’t feel good. It’s better to put that filter on before we react or speak than to ask forgiveness and have to explain why you said or did what you did. ❤

WOW I sure did need this. I went for 2 hip injections today, trust me it wasn't fun. When I got home, I decided to just lay down and be quiet. There are days when I am less than my delightful self and it is then that I am reminded of 1 Corinthians 16:14- Let all that you do be done with love. So I just get quiet and distance myself.

I take a medication that keeps my body in balance, so if I'm icky, without me even realizing it, my husband will ask, did you take your meds today? Chances are I hadn't. Praise God for a wonderful husband and them finally finding the correct medication.❤❤❤

Since my moms death, my brother and I aren't doing well. So much happened so fast. I try to reach out and try to communicate with him on important issues but he shuts down. Trying to make things better but it IS so difficult.
