mine overseer salary in South Africa is R 1 200 000 per year or R 615 per hour. Entry-level positions start at R 915 741 per year, while most experienced workers make up to R 1 507 505 per year...... Every months he gets an allowance of 214k

Response to the first salary about why the Deductions are so low: " You comment about the low tax wondered me as we but my tax consultant told me it’s because of the bonus tax . The bonus was paid in the middle of March, so the tax adjustment for the salary was lower.

Gross between R160k-R190k with the GCC allowance included. Bonuses are usually around (+/-) R1m (Gross) once a year in March.
