Crazy that’s a legit army you got there! Question: Is there a lot of synergy going on within parties or is it kind of every man for themself with individual builds?

I think FA teams are generally balanced. There are lots of players who go healer, melee and different casters. I think the general knowledge of teamplay and balance is fairly understood amongst FA players after all these years. But it can vary and be disjointed at times as well.
