Taking out someone ‘s written article or opinion is a violation of the freedom of expression. What he refers to as hate speech or defamation are facts that are written by individuals to express their views base on the way things are done in the country. According to Makuei, saying that the government is very corrupt, which is true, is a defamation that should be responded by punishment.
