Nice work. I did a 300zx irs in mine back in 2003 maybe. Anyway it is a 1986 irs with a single swingarm. I made a bar to bolt on like the wheel to give me the ability to set the camber at ride height. I then adjusted the center differential where I wanted it and set pinion. Then made the frame fit around all of that to bolt into place. I did not go to the effort you did on making the tube look bent but it worked great. I used 2x3 1/8 wall and it ripped. It may be that I jumped a speed bump while dragging it but nonetheless I need a new frame now. I will use thicker metal for sure and will use a 240sx irs this go around and am looking at the vh45de too. Looking good though man.

Gonna use the same cause I have it under a 66 f100 long bed so I can bag it and still haul my bobber

Can I get info on the thumbnail flange setup

Its a spicer flange yoke for a nissan. I have an extra I can sell but you might want to check with who you are getting your driveshaft from. They usually balance the yokes and shaft as one unit.

Not at the moment, too many old projects I need to get going before I start taking on any work. I'm in upstate NY.
