I wish. Idk. I thought I had type 4 hair (personally, i don't trust that hair charting system because of who created it and how everyone doesn't fit all categories to a T), but my hair can never hold twists or braids. And all products I have tried weighs my hair down to the point where I lose even a bit of my curls. Like my ends will look straight. Only way to have a neat look for me is to add braiding hair.

My hair was dry. If you want to minimize shrinkage start on blown out hair and use a product that's not too wet like my Conditioning Curl Cream 💚

Lasts 2-3 weeks. You can technically keep it in longer but you’re at risk for it locking. For me it took 10 hours(I’m slow) but for others I’ve seen 6-8 on average. Depends on the amount of hair and how much experience you have with twisting though
