Happy hour for the most part uses the old resin formula - all the other new series uses the new resin that cures longer

This is one of the three I did not get, but really wanted, because nothing else has grapefruit with it, and of course, the ice bucket. Love this one.. I will find it one day.. along with the mai tai and blue hawaiian.. 😀 Seems all the resins are a little different. I used my 395 light on the moscow mule and it cured in seconds.. all the way through, but when I tried on the beer mug, it wouldn't.. The top flash cured, but even though the mug is transparent and so is the resin, I could see air bubbles moving up and down when I turned it. I ended up putting it outside in the sun for ten minutes or so, then it was fine. Cured all the way through. I tested the moscow mule again, just to make sure I wasn't mistaken and it cured all the way through the first time. I was worried it hadn't after doing the beer. So weird how it works. I'll be happy when I can get a new UV light. Thanks again for sharing. Love these!!!

I plan on getting a new light, but it's been so sunny here I've just been putting them outside. I feel like that's always the best option. But it will be winter soon so that won't go so well lol

@@KitchenBricks Maybe you can find a window that has direct sunlight for the winter time. My only window with any kind of sunlight is a tiny one in the kitchen. I mostly have shade trees all the way around.. heh I had to put them on top of the car the other day.. 😂
