Lol. Hey I'm 48 and I'm obsessed with miniverse!! I get so excited when I find any new ones like a kid in the candy store for the first time lol. Also didn't notice u do realize the stickers r transfer stickers, u put em on rub extremely well n then remove the clear sticker part that is on top to leave the decals:) I made extra of the cups without handles n some as little planters. I made a few handles just like u did with the packaging just hated having to sand like crazy to get them shaped like I wanted. Lol. But they r super cute without handles for planters n just extra cups

@@ResinBelle see we r never to old to feel like kids at times!! These r also just relaxing for me too. I can just get lost in my room making em for hrs on end. Well until this recall n I've been drove nuts waiting on the new ones lol. Finally getting them but it was stressful waiting lol. That n not wanting to use my massive hoard of old ones afraid we will never get some again. Lol it's still fun n exciting when I find new ones at my stores.

@@callielou2 I feel the same way. Although the majority of the ones I had I had planned to make content for the channel with and I don't feel right using recalled products to make vids. So waiting was stressful for me too..

@@ResinBelle I can understand that. My issue with this recall is, resin is resin! It's all dangerous no matter what u take out of it. Nothing in theory is wrong with the other resin, more so ppl who r not careful or who don't read the white pamphlet. Which hey I'm guilty of tossing it too lol. But I do understand ur position there as well. I can't wait to get my collection back to completed again!!

@@callielou2 yea exactly, it's all resin. What most people don't understand too is that they probably have much more dangerous stuff in their craft rooms than resin. Certain paints, many glues, people would be very surprised if they read the warnings on some of those labels. Like cancer, and long term ill health effects. Let's just hope there are no more recalls. I wish they would just move these to the craft section and get it over with.

I used a toothpick to make sure my ears filled up, it worked very well. I had the kitty planter. I haven't made my tea cups and tea pots yet, I lucked out on the ginger and black kitty and calico. I love jadeite and want the tea pot too. I love all of them, lol

I found these pretty easy to make,, which surprised me lol. I would stick the nozzle tip all the way down into the mold, it is made to reach inside, n just went slowly around the mold. Of course u get those occasional bubbles but seems with this new resin the come to the surface pretty quickly if ur patient n wait on them n not rush it. The tea pots n cups r my absolute favorite!! N that mushroom, adorable!!

If you put the resin in a cup of warm water, it will thin out the resin and help it pour better.

I'm liking these..I like that you have moulds that you can reuse, which means you can make as many as you want...I think Australia has put a ban on miniverse being imported into Australia though, or at least until they change their resin recipe..

@@grandmasmagic3858 Miniverse did have their recall, but all of the new lines have a new type of resin that is less irritant. One should still wear PPE as all resin is toxic no matter what kind it is. But no more than spray paint or other types of glues and chemicals.

You can make the UV resin pour more easily by boiling a cup of water in the microwave and then letting the resin bottle sit in it for 30-60 seconds. Really cuts down on the number of bubbles that want to form.

I have a UV Beast flashlight and I cured it 2m each, top and bottom, then went around the sides and it worked great, cured purrfectly, lol

Did you peel off the top of the decal after you put the eye's on? You peel off the top layer of decal, the eyes stay...

Mainly because I can only see them when I blow them up on my phone camera and I was using my camera to record the video lol. I don't really need to show them because if you Google Miniverse cheat sheet you can find a map for each series that gives you all the information. Hopefully that helps

Yes absolutely. You can mix the different colors, or add pigments to the already colored resin. The only thing you have to be careful with is how much pigment you add to UV resin. Too much and the light can't reach the center and it won't cure.

@@bluecobaltsteph2689 Screech has a littermate too. She is quiet and sweet. He was always running around outside but got in a fight and lost some of his sight. Now he doesn't want to go outside so he stays in and bosses everyone around 😂

@@bluecobaltsteph2689 outs are solid white and were born April of 2020. They had another litter mate named Gandalf. He was a bit of a loner but I loved him the most I think. He got sick and the vet could't figure out what was wrong with him and he passed away last year. It was heartbreaking.

Hey, there are guides out now, kind of like a map for each series. They tell you what the position of each pinhole means. Like if a pinhole is next to a certain picture on the outer wrapper then that means "X" is inside. If it's next to a different image on the wrapper then it's something else. I hope I explained that right. Do a Google search for Miniverse cheat sheet and you should find lots of maps.

@@sandramorales618 do a Google search for pinholes guides and you will find a plethora of "maps" for each series that shows what pinholes are what and where. As well as updated guides because now they are changing the pinholes frequently to keep us on our toes.

Considering they only give one set of lid/spout/ handle for the kits which includes small molds for the pots cups whatever. Get some mold maker putty or other styles cast a small mold for the single bits so you can keep making more. These kits are so cute. But as one who has 4 totes of resin molds I refuse to get hooked on miniverse.

You can use clear hot glue to make quick molds as well not sure how many uses you can get from them tho

@@carolethurston9631 They were really tiny and near impossible to see for me to show. If you Google Miniverse cheat sheet you can find the maps for all the different series. I had to use my phone to zoom in at the store and I was using my phone to record.
