Solid batrep with the 2 armies i play hahaha. Just have too point this out though, turn 1 when he rolls the blessing of khorne dice, He uses a 4,5,6 for advance and charge but unfortunately i am fairly certain that's not how it works. For the triple "4+" you have too roll 4,4,4 or 5,5,5 or 6,6. I could be wrong but that is how i have seen everyone play it and how i play it.

Got around to finishing the video. It hurts to see DG in such a sad state, that WE outshine DG in durability. I love both armies, been playing DG since I began in 7th but man it sucks playing DG in 10th. GW really kicked us in the nuts.

Just letting you know too brother. Lord Invo’s scout ability doesn’t go to the unit. So if he is stuck with X8B then he can’t scout unless he gives it to himself. Which is why it’s better to run him by himself or with normal 8B since they have scout

Nice game! Some crazy saves/FnP rolls from the eaters, but that’s just how the game goes. Cool to see a DG horde style army. Just noticed a small rules mistake. To Hit modifiers can never exceed +1/-1 (core rule) so Destroyer hive does not stack with the infection aura. Not that it mattered for the outcome of the game. Thanks for the report!

If the infection aura you're talking about his the 2nd Contagion death guard pick it does actually work. The Contagion modified the WS -1 while destroyer hive modified the dice roll. So a WS3 model in Contagion range goes to WS4. Then when attacking the destroyer modified the dice roll -1 to then need 5 to hit.

around 01:16:00 you say about it being -2 to hit Typhus unit? I thought you could never have more than +1/-1 to hit or wound? I know wounding you kinda can because it can eat at at the AP of weapons but not to hit? am i wrong?

Yep you are correct. The clarified in an FAQ but I can't remember which one.

It is because the Deathguard ability is -1 to enemy weapon skill/ ballistic skill, and then typhus ability makes you -1 to your hit roll, so technically you can get -2 because one ability effects the hit roll and the other ability effects the datasheet.
