I love this Deauville! I tried it on in beige and black, in the new small size and new medium. The medium is $100 more and slightly bigger and the straps are slightly longer. I thought the medium was more comfortable on me for that reason. In the end I couldn’t decide between the 2 colors, but I think if they had the beige in the new medium I would have bought it. I have a good number of Chanel bags but none in fabric and I am still hesitant on spending so much on a fabric bag. I hope to get over that soon because I keep thinking about the Deauville and tweed mini. I just need to pull the trigger! Thank you for your usual detailed and helpful video!

I went to my first Chanel store to look at some jewelry and I was so happy with my experience because they were so kind to me just to look the jewelry with my mom. I thought the SA would be annoyed because I was not buying anything just looking at the crushes because I really wanted that for a long time but they were so kind to me and sweet. I got mine in April in the beige color but the lighter one. It’s pilled, color transferred and has gotten fuzzy lol. I’m okay with it. I use it as a mommy/baby bag so it’s pretty used on the regular… I likely wouldn’t get another tho although I do love them!!

Hi Minnie, I bought the light color Deauville with the pearls on the front that spell out CHANEL PARIS and the CC logo, its beautiful and I love it but I bought it 2 years ago brand new and it still sits in my closet behind glass doors with the original price tags still intact. I am afraid to use it because of the light color. Do you know of anything I can spray on it to protect it. I asked at the Chanel boutique and they told me that they don't recommend spraying anything at all on it. I am a little klutzy and I know the first time I take it out I will get it dirty. For now it's an art piece.

Yay! Congratulations on ur new Deauville! I love mine!!! As I shared with u, I bought mine in the white/beige color from the 22s collection back in March & I have to make myself stop wearing it! The size & color is perfect for me. Ive taken it on summer trips & I wear the pouch by itself too with either a small gold wristlet strap or a pearl one. I like it so much that I am determined to get one in all leather for the fall and summer months! I also got an organizer for it like you had suggested & I wanted to ask you if you spray yours with anything in order to protect it from stains?

I did not think I needed to spend so much money on a fabric tote bag until I saw the pink color online and also Amber and Catwalk City’s videos. I love pink so I actually bought the 22b light pink in the small size, the same color that you returned. I did see the beige before and the other colors like the black, blue and yellow but none of them made me want to have it except for the pink. I also see the lilac undertone so I am having some second thought. I don’t have anything against purple so I think it is still beautiful. I do have some concerns about maintaining it due to such a light color. Do you recommend anything to protect from stains or even remove them when it happens? Should I spray with scotch guard? I am afraid it will damage the fabric… Thank you for your time. 💖
