Listen, I understand that Coach outlet handbags don’t come with dustbags unless they came from the retail store. HOWEVER, my point is that ALL Coach bags, outlet or retail, SHOULD come with them. They used to back in the day and we certainly didn’t have to pay $10 per dustbag.

I love your regular Rowan in the maple and silver hardware! Such a beauty! I can’t wait for that one to come out in the large size. I have 2 large Rowan’s the dark stone and black. Love them both! My dark stone Rowan was factory wrapped but the black one was not. The strap was still attached to the bag but it wasn’t wrapped on the black one. Love the mini bags too! I have that same mini Rowan! Such a cutie! 😊

Hi Minnie! You and I go way back and have similar tastes in bags. Girl! I have gone Rowan crazy!! I picked up two in leather and in the large size. They are quite comparable to the Speedy 30! I love them! The large Rowans get slouchy when you take out the manufacturer’s stuffing. I have the trifecta in Speedys but none in Black. So the Rowan is filling that gap for me. The gold color doesn’t bother me at all. I actually didnt notice it until your video! Not a deal breaker for me. Check the ivory large rowan. It is stunning!

Hi. I just learnt from another video the other day that outlet pieces have the 3 stack (carriage, coach, New York) which is what your Roan has. I got an outlet piece at the weekend here in the UK and I did get a dust bag but it was a really cheap one. Not the normal silk ones you get. I often find with full priced items I get two dust bags (one wrapping the bag when it’s delivered and one inside) so I just use a spare for my outlet item. I got a dust bag with my tabby 12 so that’s odd too. Agree with everyone else. I think return the black roan. ❤

I have far too many Rowans but when I saw it in Maple, I had to have it. It’s now my favourite because the leather is much nicer than the crossgrain versions. It’s an outlet bag but it’s so well made and the attention to detail is excellent. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have feet. All my other regular Rowans do. Incidentally, I’m in the U.K. and always shop online for Coach. I always get a dust bag even with outlet bags.

Minnie, I owe this all to you! I love high end designer but still love my Coach! So off in search of this I went. Why you may ask? Well mostly because I’ve bought and sold 3 LV Speedy 25’s, and I will be adding a fourth soon. This last one I haven’t used. All I can think of it that the dimensions of the bag are not me. So I went in search of this at your subliminal suggesting and here she is! Sheer perfection. I actually grabbed the card holder and small wallet. Hey at these prices point why not. I also sprang for the $10 dust bag which they really need to update and switch to. Now I’m a gold gal but I listened because I fell in love with this Maple color. The pebble leather wins every time. Here she is and I can’t thank you enough! I’m going to try and post a picture. Thank you girl for being a hawk and fellow handbag lover!

If you decide to get a large rowan, check out the dark stone. It has gunmetal hardware and is much prettier in person. Also, I love that maple color on the rowan. It is beautiful.

They are not missing the mark. They give great prices and quality and you can purchase one for i believe $10. Their quality is as good of not better than LV for the fraction of the price.

No one is negating that they have amazing prices. Some of their pieces have better quality than others, like any other brand. But I disagree, they are missing the mark when it comes to DUSTBAGS. Considering they used to include them back in the day, the fact that they are now charging for something that SHOULD come with a bag regardless, is ridiculous. Mind you, I’ll gladly pay the $10 for one next time I’m at the outlet, but it’s ridiculous nonetheless.

I bought a Rowan from an outlet in Europe and it came without a dustbag so I agree with you that would be better to have it. I looooove the bag! Also in love with the maple colour, too bad that there is no Coach store in my country…. Love also the mini and the Tabby, just not the black Rowan - way too basic.

I have the Tabby Wallet, The flower bag charm, the crossbody and the Tabby backpack in the dragon fruit. I am a freak for that color! I have 2 Rowans. I have the regular Rowan in red and the large Rowan in the dark stone color. Both of my Rowans are in pebbled leather and I love them both. Rowans are excellent bags and will hold a ton. That maple won me over and I just bought it. Coach really knows how to do color. You should see the greens they do, amazing. I understand about the large Rowan. Even though I am only 5’6”, I have a larger frame and it doesn’t overwhelm. The Stone color is a little less imposing as the black. I also prefer the gun metal hardware to the gold.❤❤❤

I’m so glad you pointed out about the red bag having an orange undertone because I said that to the store associate and they said no it’s red. That was a turn off for me when I have bought a red bag from them. And I’m glad you pointed out about the zipper on the large rowan bag. I thought it looked that way online. And I just go to MK and get dust bags there for $5 since coach doesn’t have them in stock at outlets. My leather coach bag went in for a shampoo cleaning at the coach store and they provided one.

Coach /coach outlet products use to come with dust bags; some select ones do; mostly the full price coach boutique. The stores still have dust bags but now they want to charge you for it, separately; $10 each 🫠🫠

As a former manager of a Coach outlet store; generally bags made for the outlet don’t come with dust bags. However a bag made for the Retail stores should come with a dust bag when purchased online or in the actual retail stores. If you purchase a bag made for the Retail Store at an outlet they may or may not have the dust bags in store. Hope this clarifies your question.

Comment number 2 because I was finally able to finish the video 😂 The rowen is beautiful and my favorite Coach outlet items are the pebbled leather. I don’t think there is anything special about the black though - let that one go if you’re not feeling warm and fuzzy about it. I think the brown is a better size and a more unique color. I’m used to not getting dust bags with outlet items but sometimes they don’t even come with retail items and I think that’s wrong. However, I do appreciate that every bag comes packaged like it’s a Fabergey egg - I’m convinced LV throws your item in the box from across the room, someone slaps a bow on it and they kick it down the hall to be thrown in a shipping box. 🤣

Super cute. Alllllso… that red leather on the tabby 12, for some reason, is inferior. I also returned a Cassie 17 in the same leather. Something is off about the leather and the glazing! I think you’ll love your dragonfruit! I have the tabby 12 in the soft purple and I too am smitten!

I have the old mini Coach Rowan in black (similar in size to a mini Speedy HL) and it does not have those differences in gold tone.... So sorry that happened to you! In my experience with Coach, Coach Boutique should come with a dust bag. Coach Outlet does not give out any dustbags on outlet pieces (like the Rowans), but you should get a dustbag with anything purchased from the retail last chance section, as those were all boutique items. Hopefully this helps!

I have the tabby 12 in the lilac and use it as mini wallet. After a while the leather on the C had a dirt/ rubbing off look. I’m super careful with my slg’s it makes me super sad I had to put it away. I wish it came with the metal C. I wonder if Coach can fix this issue..

Minnie, I'm coming to you with a question. You are the only person I know of who has the Coach Hamptons hobo bag. How are you liking it? I'm considering scooping one up tomorrow in store. I cannot decide between the green and the red. It just takes me back to when Coach was at it pinnacle. Does it fit a full-sized wallet? I can't escape it. I'm a full sized wallet gal. Thanks!!!
