This type of mods are valid to most switchmodes : i did not include part list, use low ESR caps (switchmode types) and as many of them as possible in parallel, use the trick seen in the video about wire routing, so the noisy signal must pass tru all caps, that value of inductors and caps are not so critical, almost any part will have a huge effect on this noise problem

Those long traces from half bridge switches to the transformer… yuck. Without changing the cost, this supply could have been quite a bit better.
