Yes, you can say that. Actually, it's my mistake. もうおぼえたんですか is not grammatically wrong, but in this case/practice, I have to say もうおぼえてしまったんですか. As same, ５）もうかたづけてしまったんですか。６）もう作ってしまったんですか。７）もうしてしまったんですか。I'm so sorry & Thanks for telling me.
