what is the difference between 到着しますand着きます

ほとんど同じ意味です。「到着」はChinese originの言葉で、少しFormalです。「着く」はJapanese originの言葉で、Casualです。ですから、Daily conversationでは「着く」をよく使います。駅や空港のAnnouncementでは「到着」をよく使います。

I have a question. Why didn't you use the rising intonation when asking a question? Is it a special regional accent?

I am using rising intonation in very natural way. Actually, in Japanese, intonation and accent are not as pronounced as in other languages. But when I teach beginners in the classroom, I emphasize rising intonation for question sentences.

@@LetsstudyJapanese May I also ask about the kanji choices? You wrote ひ行き rather than飛行機. The example sentences are quite useful, but for some words you mixed hiragana and kanji together, which makes it a little confusing.

@@unsleepgemini I'm choosing kanji appropriate for the students' level. For example, the kanji 飛 (to fly) and 機 (machine) are of the N3 level, so they are not used in the N4 videos. When there is extra space available, I also use N3 kanji in N4 videos and provide furigana.
