That's crazy good fishing there! Love Cod! Awesome video! Season your Cod with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, or your favorite seasonings. Make a envelope like pouch out of parchment paper and put the cod fillet inside. Top the fillet with a couple of dabs of butter. Add some sliced carrots, minced garlic, and thinly sliced onions. Close up the pouch leaving some room for the fillet. Like an envelope. I use a stapler to close up the seams. Bake it on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness. You can cook most any fish with firm flesh like this. Halibut, rockfish, bass. You name it. It is delicious! Be careful opening the package it will be steaming.

Try each variety of DUX seasoning on them. Not at the same time mind you but the fish is so mild, the DUX will carry it into any type of meal you desire for the meaty healthy protein lift. Also substitute Tuna for Cod or Halibut in a casserole I think you will enjoy.

Make in foil pack on grill. Remove skin. Season with old bay, smoked paprika, little danos. Put little butter pads on top throw on grill. Similar to poor man's lobster

Cod is good just about any way you cook it. One of my favorite ways to cook it is in a frying pan with butter and your favorite spices.

Hell yeah a meat fest . That's what it's like down here in Virginia Beach catching mahi . The cobia are showing up here on the bouys that shit is fun as hell . Hook a 80 pound fish and hang on . Can only keep one per person up to 3 . They will be here for a month or so.
