Awesome video! I'm also a MN trapper, mostly water but going after cats/fisher this year. Love the bucket style, great idea using the bottom as "the roof" to get 7".

Awesome man! Glad you are seeing results. Hope this season is going well for you too. I catch mostly otter and cats when I trap in Arkansas. I also carry a Savage arms bolt action .22. keep it up man! Be safe!

Great catches. Congrats on the Bobcats and Otter. I caught my first dry land Otter in a live trap yesterday. I am pretty stock. Washington state you can only use live traps

We can only take one bobcat, fisher, and otter per year in Pennsylvania.
@chasingbitesminnesota3737 Жыл бұрын
Oh wow. Yeah we have a very healthy population

@@chasingbitesminnesota3737 fisher were "introduced" to Pennsylvania in 1994 to control the porcupine population. We all know that probably won't end well. But hey, I trapped a fisher!

Going to need heavier cable for coyotes. If they don’t choke out in an hour or 2 your going to lose them with light wire
@chasingbitesminnesota37374 жыл бұрын
Thank you, what wire do u typically use?
@Vernbubba4 жыл бұрын
5/64. Were you using 1/8?
@chasingbitesminnesota37374 жыл бұрын
We were using 3/32. I had to ask my buddy there his snares.

Should toss on a kill spring on an amberg lock. I run 1/16inch for yotes, beaver, and cats each year and maybe have one time a season where sething goes haywire. I run a 180miles of multi species line so once or twice a year is something i can live with.
