Why Warm Up? 🤔
Warming up is a critical part of any training session, especially in boxing. It prepares your body for the intense workout ahead and helps prevent injuries. A good warmup increases your heart rate, loosens your muscles, and gets your mind focused on the task at hand. Here’s why our Minnesota Boxing warmup routine is perfect for you:
