Mohan Lal Tandoor makes Tandoor ovens, and is located in Bangkok. Could always contact them and see if they will make one for you. They also do a variety of types, with the traditional clay tandoor, a gas-fired tandoor, and an electric tandoor being the most notable; that said, there's also a "barbecue tandoor", which might be more up your alley. Either way, that's the sorta thing I'd recommend checking out, local manufacturers. :D

Pierre Parrant, who was called "Pig's Eye" because he couldn't see well with one eye, played an important role in the history of Saint Paul, Minnesota. He operated a tavern in the area, and the city itself was initially known as "Pig's Eye" before it received its current name. This historical reference lives on in various ways, such as the existence of Pig's Eye Lake in Minnesota and the Pig's Eye Brewing Company located in Saint Paul, which is named in honor of Pierre Parrant's enduring nickname. This piece of local history serves as a reminder of the city's unique and colorful past.

as a Dutchman, when i look at UK supermarket prices i'm like "damn" (they got some good bargains) and especially the northern english can be quite frugal and even their take-outs like chippys are quite often very nicely priced ofcourse a deep fried butty it's usually not going to win any michelin stars, but it's honest food for honest prices. as you may or may not know, the dutch have some stereotypes about frugality too so i can totally feel them, we're a thrifty bunch :D when i look at USA big city prices, i'm like "dayum" (that's extortionate), i probably would be paying marginally less at a music festival with notoriously extortionate pices like 4 coins worth 3.50 or something... that's insane surely that shit can't be the case in fly-over states, right? :D 16 bucks lol i could throw in another 3 bucks, and get 2 pounds of high grade steak, i'll eat it raw if i have to, i prefer my steak blue anyway :D i'll be spending my money at the proper butcher instead lol

The Tandoori Pizza was unique- I would give it a try, looked as you described a convenient way to eat curry. 🍕 The beef for the noodles looked really tender and tasty- but put on "Pot noodles" ???, If they put that on hand made egg or rice noodles it would be absolutely delicious. 🍜 I was skeptical about the squashed meat until he put one on top of the other- and I loved that he actually buttered the bread rolls. 🍔I think that in Australia we like a bit of salad and an egg on our burgers, and this would have been PERFECT. The fried veges would be a hit with my kids. Thanks Sonny

@Mattn-lb1ps Жыл бұрын
Plus too many people list the cost of the ingredients and don't take anything else into account. As if in this case a food truck has no costs to cover. The cost to maintain the truck, cost of electricity and gas, staff costs, possible costs to set up in a location. Perhaps they have to make a lot of their money in the summer months or at fairs. But as you say someone's buying what they're selling. If everything was too expensive the trucks would go out of business.
