Am I right that his newborn died (very tragically), but he turned that into a team motto? As a psychology student that fits into the category of narcissistic personality disorder. PJ Fleck needs a psychiatrist to sit down with him, and he shouldn't be coaching a college football team. I feel horrible for the players he coached that had to live under the rule of this very sad little man.

This guy is legit insane. Start at 9 minutes where he talks about spying on the personal lives of players and evaluating their body language. He got the academic advisor to snitch that the player had a romantic breakup. And then a bizarre rant about neckties, sharks, and other nonsense. Someone please blow the whistle on PJ Fleck AKA the Kim Jong Un of the Big 10 before someone gets hurt.

He had a pretty brutal boating accident last year that left part of his face pretty mangled, needed a lot of surgery to fix it up
