From day one Dillingham should have been groomed to be the starting point guard, he didn’t need to be starting but when Conley sits you just have Dilly in. Now we are in 10th place and you have gained NOTHING in the results by playing around Dillingham. And now when Dillingham does play he lacks chemistry and confidence because Finch absolutely mishandled this. Julius is a team cancer. At some point finch should have had the guts to start Dante over McDaniels, as McDaniels is doing nothing with the starting minutes and Dante is clearly not optimized with wherever they got him in the rotation. We are stuck now with a 32 year old center who is too stupid to get out of the paint on offense, we have no picks for another 5 years basically which means we have very little assets to make moves with. To move Julius at this point we might be the ones who need to add picks to get anything back that will help us now a team that needs help now. We can’t even enter a rebuild, Connelly leveraged our future for “win never” pieces. I am kinda tired of Connelly getting a pass and being called a genius and people being worried about him leaving.

Tell me about it. No way in the world is Jaden McDaniels worth that contract and Rudy worth that extension both at the expense of trading KAT. What is Tim Connelly thinking? To win a championship you need 2 tier 2 players, which the WOlves had in KAT and ANT. Rudy is not a tier 1 player, Jaden is at most a tier 3 player, he's the Wolves version of Boston's Derrick White; go and look at White's stats and his consistent on-ball defense. Tim Connelly is a terrible GM, that decided to die with Rudy because of the terrible trade he made for him. Rosas was the best GM, and we would've been far with him.

Finch deserves a lot of blame and his coaching staff... but he's been a good coach, players and organization respect him; hard to fire him when have no idea to replace with. Biggest gripe is that not playing deeper into the bench. Sounds terrible to say this... but the Wolves have been fairly healthy all season so far with a couple players missing here and there, which is a BAD thing right now since Finch is stubborn to play Minott, Rob, TJ, etc some minutes. Get some spark plugs injected into this thing with players that have everything to prove in team concepts. Finch CAN FIX THIS - play the guys that give hustle and effort, and snag a player out of the game for a LAZY play; mistakes are fine, but if the effort is there and understanding is the difference. ANT is also responsible for this. If this doesnt change, I expect NAZ and NAW to walk; for their effort they give every game on their current contracts is insane.

Ant seems tighter with Julius than he does with Rudy. The way he hugs Randle often gives this away. I think he thinks Gobert is clogging up the lane for his drives. He also doesnt do lobs to him. Did it for a couple games then stopped.

Well, he's gone to the WCF with Rudy and Kat, and with Julius and Rudy they're struggling to be .500. I think Ant is smart enough to recognize who actually improves the team versus who is a detriment to the team...regardless of who he's "tighter" with.

This team needs to make a change. Either they get rid of Rudy, Randle or probably both. Both hurt Edwards game. You can't have guys clogging the lane for Ant to drive and they can't take shots from Ant. I would keep Naz, Jaden, Ant, DiVo, and Miller as the PF. Bench is Conley, Rob, Minott, and mini KAT, Luka. Take the year on the chin. Get under that cap and sign free agents.

The problem with the wolves in no particular order: 1. Chris Finch is one of the worst offensive coaches and in game managers in the nba 2. Ant is too small to be paired with other small guards. Jaden needs to be better rebounding 3. Conley is washed, Dilly is not ready 4. The role players think they are much better than they are, and refuse to play defense or put in any effort if not featured in the offense (Rudy included) 5. We had a top 10 rated offense when Randle and Ant dominated the ball, but see no. 4
