We can talk about what changes are needed for this year’s team. But there will be an underlining issue going forward. We can’t draft. 3 draft classes in and the only starting non special team players are Addison and Ingram. And Ingram is one of the worst guards in the league. 1 UDFA guy and a couple low end rotation guys (Nailor/Chandler) ain’t good. We need to start getting production from the draft

Need better scouts or a better GM. I’m pretty sure Grigson is calling the shots for player development and the draft behind the scenes, the guy who ruined the colts. I think Kwesi is just an analyst guy, he doesn’t come off as a football guy. I think that’s why Kwesi brought him in

@@brianthomas7407 it still falls on him though. If he doesn’t get the blame or credit for acquiring guys through the draft, what’s the point of having him? It’s not like we’re wrecking teams with trades. We’re spending a ton in these trades. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not defending Grigson either. I’m done with the entire front office at this point. You can’t go this long with getting this little out of the draft. It’s ridiculous.

KOC needs to give up playcalling, and focus on being the CEO.on the sidelines. The defense one of the problems is Pace is really only good at playing downhill. His coverage skills is lacking. So playing him and Metellus as you inside backers is not the move, especially to defend the run. That's why Cashman is so important, I thought Kruger-Hill should've got more snaps. At corner Dwight Mcglothern should get some some run. Bo Richter and Turner need some snaps.

This was a good loss. Why? Vikings have been over-hyped early...I hope you can see an aging defense and now injuries that will sink this season. Darnold doesn't get through his progressions as well as Cousins. Penalities are killing us again...that's on the coaches. Name one rookie that is making an impact on this team???
