The only valuable pick we parted with compared to what we got from traded picks is #42 from 2024 only because this draft was so deep that pick 42 this year could be a 1st round pick in other years...and really most picks after day 2 are a gamble and will most likely end up on ST or a practice squad. I'd rather have just a few guys that they targeted and have a plan where they'll fit in rather than a bunch of guys picked just cuz he's available then having to figure out where they'll fit and give out more unnecessary contracts. My hot takes this year are sam has a career year and reclaims a couple mid round picks for us next year via trade (kwesi extends darnold in season with this scenario another 1 year at 10-14 mil) and take 2...LDR, Gabriel Murphy, and Dwight mcglothern will make everyone forget about traded picks by mid-season
