Anyone else wonder how different Boldens career could've been had he not gotten hurt this game and lost his job to McGloin? He was looking good this game and building confidence. Joe and co screwed him over by rotating him and McGloin.

I think bolden had a lot of talent but he lacked poise and was very in accurate most of the time. Mcgloin wasn’t very good physically but had guts and Bill O’Brien made him respectable. That being said Bolden could have still developed. I think hackenberg was worse than bolden honestly

Robert Eugene I think Hack was better than Bolden. Hack got beat up playing behind two of the worst PSU lines ever in back to back years. Tough for anybody to succeed under those circumstances and on top of that, Donovan was not a good OC IMO.

McGloin spent 3 years in the NFL and had a helluva good SR season they went 8-4 but actually were leading or tied in all of the four losses going into halftime with a new first year coach and difficult circumstances ( no bowl game etc) McGloin has one of the better seasons a PSU QB ever had
