Rest in peace, Minnie Riperton. Lovin' you is easy 'cause you're beautiful. Enjoy the beautiful voice of Minnie Riperton in her hit song, Lovin' You.

I once bought my first mp3 for like 20$ about 8 or 7 years ago and it came with two songs in it. One of them was this one and for seven or eight years the beat was stuck in my head and would come back to me at random moments but since it was so long ago i could not remember the lyrics so i could not look it up. But about 5mins ago i found a video on Facebook with this as the background song and immediately looked it up and I'm happy i have finally been reunited with it.

Happy birthday to "perfect angel" Minnie Riperton, whou would've celebrated her 69th birthday today. The world lost an angel in 1979, when Minnie Riperton was taking away from us, her death still hurts even more so of the fact that she was only 31, Minnie reached out to new fans worldwide when she released this timeless classic that i never tire of hearing, "Lovin' You". the single was the last release from her 1974 gold album entitled Perfect Angel. R.I.P Ms Riperton

Stevie Wonder is one of My favorite too, like Michael Jackson and Many others, You know i love music; but i want You to know that we have to respect other covers or interpretation of the song with singer or not. Because, Minnie is still here sounds by herself and because, we support her music no matter the form or idiom or instrument it sounds. We have to be respectful about that. No female singer today could ever sing this song with such beauty, truth, and sensuality, like Minnie, so girls don't even try singing this, some songs can't be touched or re-made, or sung like the original, and this is a song you only send someone that you really love. The way some men act disrespectful, I would never send this song to them. But I listen to this song and hope true love do exist and I can have the type of love like in this song. Does love even exist anymore, especially with sex? People just want to screw now with no love. They don't even sing about love anymore, that's why music today is crap and a lack of love in the world because music is influencing hate in the world not love.

Minnie Riperton (31), Whitney houston (48) and Aaliyah Haughton (22) are 3 of the best female singers that died far too youg. They deserved better and much longer lives!

What an amazing voice Minnie Riperton was blessed with. I grew up in the times in which this song came on the scene and it's one song that I'll never forget. I only wish MR would've lived many more years than she did.
