My bizhub 162 print a copy with black lines in the bottom of paper like yours, also i noticed that produced the ghost effect. Can you help me to resolve these problem, please i need a solution cause i work with. thank you!

You probably need to replace the rollers in the fusing unit, do copier maintenance, and check how many copies the Drum Unit has made.

You still have jammed paper. You probably snatched the card, but there was a piece of it that blocks one of the sensors. Finding this is a long job and you have to check all sensors. A piece of paper can be on the paper path in the side parts and nooks. Use a flashlight. Mimo wszystko masz zacięty papier. Prawdopodobnie wyrwałeś kartkę, ale został jej kawałek który blokuje jede z czujników. Znalezienie tego to długa praca i trzeba sprawdzić wszsystkie czujniki. 1 Check that the Fusing Roller Heater Lamp (H1) turns ON when the Power Switch is turned ON and correct or replace the lamp as necessary. 2 Check that the Fusing Roller Sub Heater Lamp (H2) turns ON when the Power Switch is turned ON and correct or replace the lamp as necessary. 3 Check the Fusing Roller Thermostat (TS1) for operation. Check the resistance of TS1. TS1 is open-circuited if its resistance is infinity. 4 Check the Fusing Unit Interlock Switch (S2) for operation. Check continuity across the following terminals when S2 is ON. • Across S2-1A and S2-1B • Across S2-2A and S2-2B 5 Check the Fusing Roller Thermistor (TH1) and Fusing Roller Sub Thermistor (TH2) for installation and correct or clean as necessary. 6 Check the Fusing Roller Thermistor (TH1) for operation. Disconnect CN15 (4P) and check the resistance across CN15-2 and 3 on the Thermistor side. TH1 is open-circuited if the resistance is infinity. 7 Check the Fusing Roller Sub Thermistor (TH2) for operation. Disconnect CN22 (4P) and check the resistance across CN22-2 and 3 on the Thermistor side. TH2 is open-circuited if the resistance is infinity. 8 Check the Fusing Roller Heater Lamp (H1) for continuity and correct or replace as necessary. 9 Check the Fusing Roller Sub Heater Lamp (H2) for continuity and correct or replace as necessary. 10 Change PU1. 11 Change PWB-A.

Code C1300 Polygon Motor malfunction -Startup failure - Lock signal fault: Unstable after the first Lock signal has been detected - Lock signal fault: Lock signal out-of-timing 1 Turn OFF and ON the Power Switch. 2 Check for proper connection between the PH Unit and Master Board and correct as necessary. 3 Change the PH Unit. 4 Change PWB-A.
