recommend to use 4efte exedy clutch with vitz release bearing - can hold torque from TRD turbo

Nice information for standard upgrade.

Definitely something wrong with the car, my NA yaris TS (euro spec, no turbo 😔) does 0-100km/h in 8.5s or perhaps a bit faster, it has michelin pilot sport 3 tyres though. Does your VITZ have a LSD/ Limited Slip Differential? from experience even my yaris with only 105hp will do "one tire fire" when launching hard so i can only imagine how much more this would occur with 150hp and turbo torque... I must say that you VITZ RS Turbo is exactly how i wish mine was though! it looks so good in blue... unfortunately the turbo models are super rare in europe... in the end, since my countries law prevents me from tuning it ( 😔) i ended up buying a ND MX5 1.5L since that felt like the most worthy successor (though it is a bit small for my 1m86cm tall stature)

Thank you for watching. Let me make excuses for 0-100km acceleration. The tires installed on my car, TOYO PROXES CF-2, lack of grip at the start, and in 1~2nd gear, you have to maintain traction with the half accelerator, and even with the genuine torque sensing LSD, it is difficult to get the vehicle speed. However, my lack of technique is a major cause. As for the clutch, there is still a suspicion that the capacity is insufficient, but we are currently monitoring the situation. ND Roadster, I envy with good balance.

@@maespapa Launching FWD cars is definitely hard once you get into anything with a bunch of power, especially turbo cars with more torque, NA being a bit easier because the power band is linear (unless it is a VTEC honda) i believe the last ford fiesta ST's even limit turbo boost severely in first and second gear because it would simply spin the wheels otherwise

@@RobinVerhulstZ Thanks for the reply. The first Vitz model was not equipped with electronic traction control and depended on the driver's technique. It's more fun than a modern, electronically controlled world, but it's not efficient. But I love that kind of old school.

@@maespapa Definitely! It's why i even sought mine out in specific (though i admit that the vitz/yaris being in Gran Turismo was probably the biggest factor) because i didn't desire any of that electronic nonsense of modern cars, if i ever did feel like driving something with all the modern techy things i could just drive my fathers tesla (which is the very epitome of that, i loathe the complete lack of tacticle buttons in that thing) in the future (probably 6 years) i'll probably get something from around the early 2000's/late 90's again, probably something more powerful since 30+ year old cars only pay about 100 euro in yearly taxes regardless of power/fuel consumption/displacement, even ones that would have been 3000+ euros in yearly tax before they reached that age! That would put a lot of otherwise unaffordable cars on the menu

I will digress from the topic of the VITZ RS TURBO, but I would like to talk about a recommended model for you from my car history. When I was 23 years old, I bought a red 1992 MR-2 GT-S (SW20), but due to its peaky characteristics, it was scrapped in an accident within a year. However, I couldn't forget that run, so I ended up buying the same 1993 MR-2 GT-S (SW20) in yellow. Unfortunately, I've let go of it now, but it's still a genuine Gran Turismo that I can't forget. It still appears in my dreams. However, this applies to any car model, but there is also the reality that high performance cars deteriorate quickly. Please use it as a reference for your car selection.
