Police sent a negative note saying that mother is abroad , which I have already declared during application. Actually police wanted some shine of $$$$ ... So, I had to visit RPO again and Insisted police verification again. So, I had to arrange their demand. And stil waiting for passport.

Hello mam, I got good info from u, many thanks. Still I have a doubt. My hus is in Kuwait with his passport and I'm in India with my passport, I want to apply for passport to my 4 th month baby. Wt should I do. Should I ask him to fill annexure D with sign and send a Soft copy to me. Because there is no much time for him to send through courier. Is it enough if he sends a Soft copy? And then I will fill the remaining and download the hard copy. Is it enough or any other procedure? Please reply me.

I had applied my kids passport they said if father is not present in India he can send annexure D with Indian ambassay attestation and send through post only with self attested sign ...i make passport but it is applicable for tatkal passport of minor also please inform me

What is your psk? In UP psk usually ask for embassy attestation.

Thank you for your video, appreciate your efforts. My daughter(14 years( is in India and I'm abroad, my wife is no more so my daughter stays with my parents. Which document will I have to submit, annex D or annex C or both ? Secondly; do I have to take a stamp and signature from Indian Embassy or Consulate for verification or only my signature, abroad address and passport copy would be sufficient? Please advice and support.
