Wow... This is such a nice rendition of an already great song. I love the harmonization by Bireli during Stochelo's solo. I wonder if they've actually tried it during a rehearsal... In any case, you can totally tell they are enjoying playing together, and to me, that's what gypsy music is all about!

He doubles up Stochelo playing Django's part, and adds some harmonies, cool enough !! :)

;) I see what you mean. but hey, he's the one launching the "Godfather theme" right after Andreas started mandolinin' and that really made my day :D The next day he sang "Fly me to the moon", so even when he doesn't solo like an ET Bireli has atrick that'll work wonders ! Viva !

there are people who say there are no "wrong" notes in jazz... but hell, according to andreas' face after that note at 3:11 i'm quite sure he has a different opinion on that matter! :)

i think bireli just wanted to tickle stochelo or give him a twister or push him off his seat i would love to see that now what ever happened to the clip where tchavolo schmitt tried to force david reinhardt to play guitar and he just ignored him tchavolo was really drunk and was really offended,,,
