Many people thought that if you invest or put money in your government or country things will get better as the country get more advance in science and technology and wealthier. Unfortunately, in a consumer based economy it is the opposite way. the more money you invest or put money in your government and the country the poorer you become and the more hours you have to work. lol life is very strange in a way when things are looking upside down. lol

I like your advice! My family owns a tire shop and rental homes. We built our tire shop without any advertising at all other than word of mouth. It really makes me angry hearing how other tire dealers/mechanic shops selling customers thing they don't need. A few months ago a woman came to our shop. We were told to check her rear brakes on her Honda accord because the Honda dealership told her she had to have new brakes and rotors. I was shocked when I pulled the wheels off and she had 85% brake pads left. We treat our customers vehicles like they belong to us. We have been in business over 21 years and stay covered up. Honesty goes a very long way to financial sucess!!

Anyone can achieve financial freedom, you just need the right mindset and the right information. For me, it was those things that guided me on my path to financial freedom. The moment I realized that investing in multiple assets beats putting all my money in savings or unnecessary expenses, that's when I began my journey to financial freedom. From my experience, the reason most individuals have unnecessary losses in investments is because they lack proper investment management, that also plays a huge role in successful investments. When I found an investment professional who is well equipped to manage my investments, that's when I started having consistent income and profits from all my investments.

Had a few financial bumps in the road in the past; jobs lost, minimum wage jobs held, unemployment, unexpected expenses. But I’m certain if I knew how to navigate through these times better, I would be better off now. Not complaining. I am blessed to be doing alright financially. However, I know I could have done better. Now, I need to be careful not to fall into the increasing personal debt rabbit hole. I am slowly crawling out. I am retired and I am concerned that inflation will continually eat into my pension. I am currently looking into working an IT remote job so I can get myself completely out of debt and build a better cushion of real financial assets. I hope you will speak about employment opportunities for seniors and what seniors can do to make sure they do not outlive their retirement funds. I believe that even if a person retired today, it would not take long for that person to realize that earning an income may still be necessary even after retirement.

In turn, reducing the cost of importing goods to the islands. But there is also the fact that the islands are an in demand place to live. So all facets of life there, will cost more regardless…. And as for milk, it’s not really that great for you anyway, so you just saved yourself $8 and it’s a myth that little girls need to drink milk for stronger bones. It’s not true and never was.

I wouldn't say that crypto is a hedge against inflation due to its volatility. As an alternative to gold, I would probably suggest a total agriculture ETF or total water ETF. China said the first two passengers that exited the plane were “suspected” to be infected and random testing revealed the next 80 were tested and 47 were found to be at various stages of infection. The Chinese official said the entire plane was then ordered out of service, and all passengers and 3 crew people were quarantined with several showing only minor infection and minimal viral transmission. It's one of the fastest growing sectors in the USA; for profit prisons. They tried to expand to Canada, but it was shot down fast in a failed attempt (2010), yet still full steam ahead in the USA and looking to branch out to the world. However, Thank you Jaspreet, for educating the masses and saving them and letting all know how the system works itself.

@@thadoc5186 question??? Not who runs it, but who owns them? Prisons are a money making scam. More laws, rules, regulations are in place in every city than ever. You can be locked up and charged for violating a city ordinance. The " system" ruins lives. We have more people in jail than any country in the world. Our " Freedoms" are a cover up for what is really going on. We are not free, but the " system" wants us to think we are.

What are y’all’s opinion on what Cathie Woods of Ark Investments said? She thinks we will have deflation instead of inflation. She says that technology is deflationary. Some examples would be electric vehicles, robots and AI. These things will make prices of things go down she argues

How Will these things create deflation?
@joshv18143 жыл бұрын
@@barackthecomposer6642 well with robots you can increase the amount of goods and services with a lower cost so this is creating more stuff for money to buy. Supply increased so prices go down. Also, if you have robots working for you you spend less on employees working for you so you can lower your prices to the consumers. Electric vehicles have the potential to lower the price of oil

@@joshv1814 But fewer people working have less money to buy the increased volume of goods and services, so demand goes down. Where do workers get their money to create demand? The government?
@joshv18143 жыл бұрын
@@ryanday9737 I do not have all the answers but I think it's great that we are talking about this (which is why I asked the question). My opinion is that people will most likely get a universal basic income from the government one day in the future because another consequence of Robots/AI is they will take people's jobs.
@ryanday97373 жыл бұрын
@@joshv1814 Yes, so,the government gives the money to people for adding no value to the economy beyond consumption. That results in a tailspin of,declining value...and a decline in productivity as the productive see their value decline precipitously. Look how many people refused to,rejoin the workforce because they would,only make $100 more,than unemployment for working all week. The result was businesses unable to deliver goods and services...which resulted in companies seeking those goods,and services elsewhere...likemindia, china, africa. We lost a lot of jobs this year and still are. It doesn't look like it yet because there is still strong demand and it takes time to,resource. But it is happebing. Robots too. Cashiers and order takers will soon be 100% gone replaced,by apps.

your interest rate on your debt, does not change because the Federal Reserve Bank drops interest rates (with the exception of say, some variable rate mortgages). The drop in the interest rate, mostly helps banks, and businesses, whom use lots of credit.

When unfunded liabilities are factored in, EVERY AMERICAN TAXPAYER is on the hook for over $1,000,000 USD. That’s their portion on the National Public Debt. While I was writing this, the baby just born owes $90,000. Understand that this will NEVER be paid. If one understands this, then one must realize how painful reconciliation will be. We are in deep trouble.

John Rand @The Doc, that’s the problem. This debt will never be repaid as vast majority don’t have it, nor would they be willing to pay it if they did. I fear we will have socialism/communism soon. If you look at economic history, what rises out of the ashes when economies collapse is Marxist, Fascism, totalitarianism. Whatever you want to call it, it’s not going to be pretty. Hope I’m wrong. I’d love to be wrong.

I plan on investing 30k in the stock market. Should I put half and if the market dips in the next months invest the other half?
@jemboboyle6093 жыл бұрын
If I have 30k laying around. Considering I already have my long term investment situated(IRA) and i’m maxing it out, I would invest a third of it of stocks that are doing a split. Another third would go to tech fund sector because they’re aggressive growth and the last $10k would be in real estate during market crash. Highly unlikely that the market would crash this year because never in history where back to back market crash has happened. But hey, it’s 2021. Debts are soaring and many experts are predicting another dip, quite possibly worst than ‘08. Ultimately, have enough money when the crash occur. I wouldn’t let the $30k just sit on no return
