ik we aren’t supposed to spend in cars but stop with these 500$ car and what not. Those 500$ car will eat more money on gases than groceries. At least recommend something practical. Its so wack. I bought 7k toyota and lost that money in less than 2 years because the engine went bad and took 5 grand to fix. Not doing that for a 2008 model. So my point is dont spend but at least dont be afraid to buy a good car and i dont mean fancy but i do mean good. Like for eg new mazdas that will cost around 15-20k but will last way longer with amazing efficiency.

I've been seeing a lot of companies with absolutely terrible hiring practices. No communication. No motivation to find and attract the best talent. No effort to reach out to candidates who are very interested in engaging with their prospective employer. It is pretty awful.

I am very grateful to have come across your channel, Jaspreet. I am in a similar situation as you where my father only says to go get a job to earn a living. Hence, I am a law graduate, following the footsteps of my father in becoming a lawyer. However, he knows not much else about building wealth and as a result of his character, he controls my life preventing me from pursuing any other path. It is difficult at times because money is still a concern and my dad believes that there are no other ways to make it in life except his own. But I know resilience prevails. That is all up to you. You can go full investor monk mode and pass all that wealth to your kids. Or you can have a balance. I would suggest investing aggressively when you're young, as your circumstances allow, since when you have a family and kids, you won't be able to invest as much.
