Minstrel Bard mod 28 build (stats capped + all debuffs)

Minstrel Bard Healer Build for Neverwinter Module 28 capping stats using all debuffs and extra overcap heals. Consumables used Wild Storm elixir, Flask of potency, Watermelon, Devils Precision and Bat wing soup.

I was told that moondancer healing ring does not stack with the shirt

@marvtm9505 they all stack. You can see the harmony buffs on your buffs bar. However, the new imperial citadel ring doesn't show up there. Last I checked, the outgoing healing part of the effect was stacking. I think it's not showing because of the forte part because it maybe doesn't apply to yourself, unlike the other itens. I did not test the forte because I'm more concerned with the outgoing healing and its a small amount.
