you may have already figured it out by now, but it means that mint rejected you. you can just try again the next day. increasing your relationship with him gives you a better chance at a successful confession.

Have you completed the southblock development quests? If not that is why also if ur dating other people that is also why, mint is the only character who will always reject u if ur dating someone else

when paused, click options and go to the 'sound' tab. set the last scale titled 'voiceover' to whatever volume you'd like. if you want to change the language of the voiceover, you can do so in the 'game' tab. so far there's only English and Chinese voiceovers.
