Wow! So the whipped cream is stabilized by the condensed milk? I’m curious how this frosting holds up in warm temperatures. Does it have to stay refrigerated at all times because of the heavy cream? Ty! Beautiful cakes.

Thank you soo much. 💛💛💛The cream that I use is very stable itself so I use condensed milk just to flavour the cream. Like other cream, I do keep it in fridge it at all time. Hope this helps.

Just personal preference, you can totally add sugar.. Since I am using non dairy whipping cream, I want that milky flavour by adding condensed milk🥰

I was going to ask what stabilizer she used because that is just whipped cream and it will definitely deflate. Personally I use gelatin so it keeps in the fridge and freezer.(I would ice and decorate cupcakes before freezing them, they thaw out keeping their shape. I kept left over frosting in a bag in th fridge and still was usable a week later) and can be left out for up to 2 hours no problems.
