The so-called experts in the 60s,70s,80s,90s telling people fat is bad and oil is good. Don't eat butter! Don't use lard! Don't eat too many eggs! So items we'd been eating for thousands of years were suddenly bad for us. Ludicrous. Keep potatoes in a cold place, not the fridge, was another one. Yeah, and now? Oil isn't good for you. It can cause macular degeneration (blindness). Fat should be left on meat. Butter is fine. Margarine is bad for you! You couldn't write this stuff. Eggs are fine. You can eat them every day. And recently - it's fine to keep potatoes in the fridge! Bloody nice looking meal, by the way 😀😀👍

Looks pretty spot on to me. I would love to know how they manage to keep a runny yolk when you see them on master chef or whatever though. Must just show the egg to the water when the boil it I guess

Fat Andy the best way to make minted lamb is by making a mint salt rub. Some fresh mint with coarse salt in a mortar and pestle to get the rub. In the slits in the leg of lamb stuff with slivers of garlic and a little rosemary. Dress with olive oil and black pepper and slow roast for a deep, complex flavour. Your mint only rub will burn if not well lubricated 😂 Baste the leg often and place on a bed of thick cut onions to help you make a great gravy😅😅😅😅😅😅
