hi, i'm using A30 pro + same LaserCam, LaserGRBL, how do you solve the problem of 8:14 ? the laserhaed keep moving away from target area, it only work normally when timelapse is off.

Thank you for your help setting up the camera, I was wasting so much material because I couldn't see where the laser was going to cut, especially in tight places. I don't leave my laser alone either, too many things can go wrong :(

Since the camera works fine with non greyscale images but not with greyscale it seems it might be a data throughput problem. With the non greyscale images it just switches the laser on at the start of the line and off at the end of the line, with greyscale images it needs to constantly send commands to alter the speed or power level. So the non greyscale images need to send a lot less commands and can send the commands slower than with greyscale images. You could probably see this by comparing the gcode file sizes of greyscale and non greyscale images and how quickly they run, the greyscale gcode files will be much larger. If that is the case then they may be able to simply increase the communication speed, but it could also be hardware limited meaning they can’t fix it in firmware and the laser may just need run at a slower speed which is obviously not a good thing, especially for the professional or semi professional market they seem to be marketing towards. Great video but it is clear the product needs a bit of work.

The camera does not work with enclosures. If you do 100”s of engraving you will get smoke and harmful smells. I don’t understand why you don’t mention such important test. I think KZbinrs just want views AMD free items regardless of the pain we face.
