Ye definitely. I remember when I bought mine, it was either out of stock or over priced. But check out www.heldergametech.com/shop/mintypi/laser-pre-cut-mintypi-tin/. He has some Lazer cut cases. Unfortunately they're sold out at the mo. But hopefully will restock soon

How can I get a mintypi already done with games?????
@amersaidat19055 жыл бұрын
You can, but need to pay way more money. Putting games on is easy, just put it on a micro sd card. Along with retropie.

Which soldering iron do you use?

Just a cheap solder iron from Maplin. But I make sure that it has a temperature control

where did you get the blank tins from?....
@mikeys_youtube_makes7 жыл бұрын
Veteran Gamer I got it from the pi hut thepihut.com/products/adafruit-altoids-mints-sized-tin mind you, it's a British site. If you're from the states think you can order one from adafruit

Hi, thanks for the video! It was interesting to see how real people build the mintyPi. Although try to avoid having unneeded parts on the desk, like those screws rolling around in the center the most part of the video. I would also recommend you to get another third/helping hand, as yours seems to be not very convenient and not stable at all.

Thanks for the advice, ye I totally understand. But I'm used to working this way even when I was an engineer I'd have screws all over the place. But if this bothers people I'll make the changes. As for my helping hand, I think they were the cheapest one on eBay so ye I probably should invest in something more sturdier.
