Welcome to Minute Meditations! Nature heals our bodies and nervous systems. While watching this video please imagine you are at this taking in the sights, sounds, smells, and feel of the scene or object. Take in as many details as possible to help shift your nervous system. Then find a positive sensation in your body and pay attention to it for 5 to 10 seconds. Then watch the video again and imagine being in this place in nature or with the animal in the video. You can repeat this cycle of noticing the video, locating the sensation in your body, and then watching the video again to assist in getting out of fight, flight, or free. Do this exercise multiple times, if needed so your body can calm down and release stress. Your body may cry, yawn, or tremble when releasing stress. You are a beautiful human being who deserves relaxation. Also, do this on your own in nature and find your own moments of peace. Just focus on details in nature and then sensations in your body. Send the video to a friend or family member who might be in fight, flight, or freeze to help them shift into a moment of peace. Let the water be 77 degrees, the air 75 degrees, and no significant UV to worry about. Also, there is no measurable pollution. The year is 2430, and you have made it beyond the singularity and enjoy uninterrupted health. You can eat whatever you want and have conversations with anyone who has ever existed (thanks to, by our standards, incredibly advanced AI). You are now over 400 years old. You are not bored because you are constantly taken aback at how perfect the ocean is. You walk around in a state of contained amazement at how perfect _everything_ is, although reading descriptions from earlier centuries is a solemn experience.
