Minute with a Master Cicerone - Beer Clean Glass Tests

In this episode of “Minute with a Master Cicerone”, Neil Witte demonstrates how to achieve Beer Clean Glass and presents two verification tests. Initially, he conducts a sheeting test: water should depart a beer-clean glass in even sheets, not in rivers or droplets. Then, using a salt test, he applies table salt to detect any areas where residual oils might prevent the salt from adhering uniformly to the glass sides.
