@@Minyona I found your channel because I'm also running ads for a roofer here in Idaho. I run a content marketing agency that also runs paid ads for a select few of my clients. Here's what I'm currently running into as roadblock. I've tried running ads with a 50 mile radius (that's what they can service) and I don't get many leads if at all. So I switched the location to all over Idaho. I've been receiving a fair amount of leads now but most of them are out of the service area (as you'd expect) but we're still getting a few in our service area. A few reasons I'm doing this. 1) Boise area is only about 1M people. 2) I ran my own ads statewide and the first go around, all leads were out of my personal service area. However a week later, I duplicated the ad set and started again but this time, 98% of the leads were coming from my local service area (about 92 people in just a few weeks). So I know that even if you run a statewide campaign, you can get lucky and all your leads will be in your service area. What are your thoughts?

Hey Micheal! Thanks for reaching out and helping us agency owners in the roofing niche! I want to ask a quick question: if the ad copy mentions financing, Facebook flags it as a “credit” opportunity, so you would have to put the campaign in the “credit” special ad category. What do you make of this?

Good question. It depends... It depends how financing is mentioned. I recommend appealing it first. If that doesn't work, I recommend rewording it so that it's not considered a credit opp.

Don't bother trying to run ads in special category. You can run ads that are better by avoiding that.

I had a campaign running for 2 weeks with 0 results but the cpms were low as hell (7$ CPMS) had around 3% link rate and alsmost 1 thousand link clicks. 0 Leads. I ended up switching the funnel and the call to action and i booked 15 appointments that same week

If it’s $1 per click then you’ve only spent $21. That’s nothing you need to spend at least $100 before you have an idea if something is working.

@@MustafaDevrimci i've been eating a healthy diet and weight lifting regularly. Lost 30 pounds of fat and gained muscle. Feel so much better. It's also allowed me to work more efficiently.
