I would pay a marketing company top dollar for Leads if they could guarantee 1) real people with real addresses 2) none of the leads were told they could get a free roof or free windows Most of the companies we’ve dealt with, and we’ve dealt with darn near all of them. We got a bunch of fake phone numbers, fake addresses, or real people who do not have a penny to their name and were told this would all be free lol. We created a system to generate our own leads now and it’s been really awesome

Promising FREE roofs? Fake leads? I knew many leads can be bad, but this is straight up scam... and very stupid ha ha. Most lead providers can't be that bad, as they simply won't keep any clients. Thanks for the share, as I won't be surprised if I get this objection!

This was helpful. I was hoping to see some sort of cold dm advice or something to get the client interested first. Maybe you’re saving that for the course but amazing video overall! Some roofers i get on the phone with seem interested but then don’t do the zoom onboarding call so I’ll try this out.

I think this is bad advice …None of you have clients yet so you will be lying. Then telling them to spend the money that they will have to refund. This is fraudulent You will get sued and bad reviews. When you cant pay back your guarantee. Dont lie all the roofing companies heard it all before.

It's only a lie if you don't refund! And guess what, the goal is to deliver results for the roofers. As guarantee or not, no roofing company would keep paying if they didn't get results in any case. Some roofers scam people, most do not. Same for lead providers, most do not.
