Miracle- is one of the most famous players in the game since he reached top 1 MMR Ranked years ago. He is a player part of the Team Nigma roster currently inactive but will come back to the pro scene soon.

We don't get your question also, why not simplify it cause you're making it complicated. Winter used ult for ember and that's it, winter's ult is obviously clickable and can use it to any heroes even if the enemy activates their bkb it can still penetrate.
