I just want to thank you so very much for sharing this video. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. I was there every summer! Because of you I was able to show my 18 year old son a piece of my childhood and teenage years on video! Made me tear up a bit. This literally took me BACK IN TIME.❤❤❤ 😊

Thanks for sharing this video. I was stationed at fort Rucker Alabama in 1970-1972. Loved going to the amusement park on the weekends. So many great memories of Panama City beach Florida.

What I wouldn’t give to walk through that park one more time. Videos like this are as close as we’ll get. So many great memories.

Such a great video! We used to stay across the street - a little catty-cornered, at the SunTide... It's so hard for me to see all those giant high-rises where all the charming motels used to be.

Thank you for sharing this video. I have so many family and childhood memories of this place. It breaks my heart every time I drive by where it used to be. Nothing but flat land and a few trees left. It really saddens me when I see it.

uggh, thank you for this! I miss it so much! I'm a local and that year me and all my friends made it our "mission" to go EVERY single weekend until it closed. Miracle strip was such a part of my childhood. I was 14 in 2004 when they closed. I still have my season pass from that year in a box in my dad's attic.

My Dad took us there and to Petticoat Junction a few times in the late 70's. We'd get in there and ride on the coster and everything else all day till it closed. Loved the Road Runner, you drove a real car with a gas engine with working steering/gas/brakes on a track that went though the park and under the train tracks. My freaking head almost exploded when I found that ride at 9 years old.

Great documentary of the MSAP. Absolute shame new investors couldn’t find a way to continue its operations

We went every summer when I was a child. My grandfather owned a cottage on Front Beach Road in Sunnyside. The beach was private there. We had a blast with our cousins and friends there every summer. I miss Miracle Strip. Thanks for posting this video.

I came to this park once per year from 1963-1982 and then a few more times up until 2002. I had tears in my eyes watching this video because it brought back such great memories of being there with family. Thank you so much for posting this video.

I'll NEVER 4get Miracle Strip Amusement Park! We like went 2 it a lot on family vacation trips 2 Panama City Beach, Fla. My 2 all time fave things 2 do there were the Abominable Snowman & the walk through Old House!! There was almost always a long line waiting 2 like get in the Anominable Snowman & I could NOT get enough of the Old House!! :)) I remember that Rootin Tootin Shooting Gallery! I rode The Inferno a few times, but the Abominable Snowman rocked!!! :D I was disappointed when u said in part 2 that the Old House wasn't there anymore, which would explain why it's not in ur videos :(( Sooo many fun memories from that place! :)))

I went to this amusement park for the first time with my parents and two of my cousins in 1969. I graduated from high school in 1971 and my parents, sister, her two daughters, and I to Panama City for my graduation gift and we went to MSAP again. My parents and I went again in 1975 after I graduated from junior college.

I was in the military at fort Rucker in 1971. Loved going to the amusement park during those days. Funny how things like that place affect your life, and give lasting good memories.

I quit going to Panama City Beach because of this park's closing down. It was pretty much the only thing that set it apart from beach communities. Now I can just go to Gulf Shores and get pretty much the same experience, which is where my wife and I go now. I wish they'd not closed this park down. It was historical landmark.

I went to this park on the last night of operation it was sad to leave it for the last time. It's been brought back at pier park but it needs more rides.

i never went back home to P.C.B. after this was done away with. it started when they destroyed the old beach tower. my trips home started being less frequent and now there is nothing much left to go home to.
