It honestly depends on what rank of warrant we are talking about, but they ARE in a way limited in stuff they can do Generally speaking, there's shit that you aren't supposed to do in Imperium PERIOD, regardless of who you are, like trying to become independent from it or consorting with certain xenos (you know its dangerous when not even ORCS are on the that list) Aside from that, warrants are kinda ranked, higher "rank" means you get more leeway but you are also more strictly monitored and generally high profile, its not official ranks but generally speaking older it is, more important it is, and anything from Terra is instantly few ranks up In addition to all of that, warrants issued by EMPEROR to dynasties are considered as relics, so in addition to standard watchers you also get Ecclesiarchy who will attempt to snach that thing and put it in to some reliquary world by any means necessary if they consider you even ssssslightly unworthy of it even if they can't do so directly, so stuff like associating with xenos or using their tech might not be called out immediately since that's part of warrant's protection, you might find that suddenly start getting a lot more assassins and talks of your cousin who's serving as a priest suddenly getting a lot of political backing to be your inheritor

@@soldiersPL orks are arguably some of the least dangerous of xenos to speak to. I mean sure the waaaaagh can be massive threat worhty of comparison to tyranids hivefleet or black crusade but in this cases the orks will just not talk. But smaller warbands can be reasoned with, employed by rogue trader, they understand concepts as payments and mercenary... they're similar to kroot in that aspect. And they're straightforward. They will not try to manipulate you or plan to backstabbing you (they can totally do that if they are payed by others but they will not planned it). In that regards they're considerably less dangerous than more social xenos races like eldars or even tau.

Well, that was mighty! In purely musical sense, it feels like a marriage between your Mass Effect and Diablo 4 songs, with a pinch of Valhalla. When I first heard this song, I knew there was something unique about it but couldn't quite place my finger on it. Upon relistening to it now, I finally understand. This song is constant. The vocals don't tread far out of line in between verses or choruses. The instrumental is heavy and focuses on the percussion, on the constant percussion, knocking you into line with every beat. There isn't even a guitar solo, just a short break after the 2nd chorus. This song perfectly encapsulates the oppressive machine known as the Imperium of Man. You stay in line. You do as you're told. You get beaten down and mulched, so Humanity may live on. You go on and on, rest forgotten in the past. Even those at the helm aren't truly free, shackled to the stagnant corpse of Humanity, forcing its heart to beat again and again. This is truly an impressive song, Gav! Not just thematically, but a musical banger, too!

He stares into the skyline where burning debris are falling from cloud wound along with sunlight. This guard is happy, but his happiness is silent.
