Happy client , it was really an upgrade of quality and esthetic, I love the way they listened to his idea but also having that quality to change their mind with more adequate solutions and ideas for his kitchen. The cabinet colour was discreet and classy. Well done

Looks terrific. Colors are lovely, especially the cabinets and backsplash. I'm not sure how comfortable the banquette is for lounging on a Sunday morning reading the newspaper.

They are GREAT for maximizing a small space when NEEDING to seat more. That's not the need here. Also that table is sooo wrong if one really needed to seat more. He wanted a chaise in the kitchen is the bottom line.

Chocolate brown and chrome was the trend back then. Then everything was White on white, then gray and matte gold. And lately I have seen a lot of green and black.

Turned out great. I love the cabinet color and always a sucker for a banquette. Would love one in my kitchen but not sure it will work over 1950s hot water heat registers. 😕

I love Sarahs designs. HGTV has really gone downhill lately, imho. I miss ppl like Sarah, and Candace Olsen. The more modern designs on HGTV seems so cold and boring. I am no longer inspired by many of the shows.

I'm with you Stacy B. I loved all of the personality and attention to individual detail both Sarah and Candace brought to design. They weren't afraid of color and quirkiness, which made their designs less cookie cutter.

Yes, I too miss Candance Olsen. She was the best! I was getting upset with her Scottish accent contracter who kept telling HER how something should be done. And he was creating problems. If I was her, I would of walked out.

Absolutely loved everything about this and the only qualm I have is table should have been oval and bigger. As an interior designer myself I absolutely love when my clients call me girlfriend, sweetie, darling and all the other lovely words And in No way do I feel that it’s demeaning and actually, quite the opposite

Hmm I've watched countless episodes of this show. Sarah is a great host and she makes the process very entertaining to watch, but after every single reveal I dont like the overall outcome. I suppose we have very different tastes.

Hi Brandon, There is a character limit with titles on KZbin - so sometimes when Sarah is clearly depicted in the thumbnail, we drop her surname to make room for other words that better describe the episode. Sarah Richardson is used in all tags and descriptions, so if you search her name, this episode will be included in the results. Don't stress! Hope this helps

Sandra WestleyUK, she nearly got a parking ticket on her car, as I don’t live in the States she may have got a parking ticket outside the shops as she rushed out to move her car as the one behind hers was clamped, and she was carry a yellow ticket in her hand, I think that’s what the title referred to.

The table is to small and the banquet fabric is ugly and the picture doesn't go at all and what's with the orange wall when nothing else is orange and the bar height is oddly placed and black refrigerator really makes no sense they can be painted just like the cabinets were. As for his comments about the girls that's rather condescending and rude.Some of the woman need to realize that they are being treated like that because they are dressing rather inappropriately low neckline and short skirt if they want to be taken seriously by male clients don't dress like your a waitress at a gentleman's club.

Ay! I don't at all like the blue wall and the black fridge! Everything else very beige, not sexy at all. Only area that is sexy is stairwell with the terracotta wall and retro pendant. Note to Dan: These ace designers are not "girls."
