In the game against Regidrago at 36:25, Azul had 5 energies prized. I know the deck runs a lot of them, but that is still an insane thing to happen

I’ve played Miraidon alot in the past, this decklist looks sick. I have some suggestions that might be good, remove Mew and add either a 2nd Raikou, 2nd magneton (dont need a 2nd magnemite because we can get it from heavy ball if it’s prized), 2nd Bravery charm (many of times when I’ve played miraidon, I’m sometimes just short of surviving hits. A 2nd bravery charm can help the consistency. I’m not a expert, I just thought that the mew isn’t a must have anymore in this deck

@@seanjones1063 mew feels bad. I been playing without it and haven’t had any issues. DTE feels bad because of -20 DMG. Rescue board also questionable because of Latios. I personally like to miraidon for raikou and pikachu. Then nest ball for latios. If I have additional nestball. I always squawk for that extra extension. Thin out deck as much as possible. Go area zero early so I can guarantee hits on the e-gen.

I think this 60 ended up in an incredible spot. I’ve been playing a bunch the last couple days with my own list and the ending list was pretty much halfway between what I started with and what Azul started with. Super fun deck to play right now

Need to experiment with Latias so more. I’ve had moments in games where my bench space is tight. Also, I find Area Zero gets removed immediately after the turn I use it so it can be pretty tight to make work. How successful have people been with Secret Box ? I understand the utility it provides but discarding 3 when we really utilize almost every card we draw seems rough. I still like Prime Catcher but might need to experiment.

Is Mew still needed in the deck? We kinda dont need a retreat pivot anymore and i feel like my hand is often to big to use Mew draw.

I actually have similar build, no Mew, but double Raikou V(I also dropped Rescue board for stretcher).To be fair. I never really had issue with retreats, HHB is usually enough if anything.

It's realy good against Palkia if you play vitality band, plus you play it more for the draw power anyway

Mew is def not needed. I been grinding this deck for hours and it’s just been a useless card in it. You don’t want to bench it nor use it. Radiant greninja also feels bad. It’s like you use it when you have nothing and that’s just two extra slots that can be used for something else. I been thinking of tapu ko ko cause it paralyzes the active after a knock out. Rescue board also feels useless.

You need to try out loyal three! With Gavity Mountain can Okidogi oneshot charizard! Also the new ace spec (Precious trolley) is crazy in loyal three! Definetly a deck you shouldnt sleep on!

That’s if you have more prizes. This deck swings hard and fast so you most likely up in prizes which makes counter gain useless. Unless you are behind then it’s useful. If you don’t have a knockout going second it feels bad.

Unfortunately Charizard is our worst matchup. Especially with the Dusknoir and Briar lines now that we run Magenton. It’s something you will have to consistently remember and play around the entire game. My best piece of advice is you have to calculate when you need take prizes. If you go for too early of KOs all Charizard needs is a single prize card to 1 shot pretty much everything in our list. Raichu being back in the deck does make it possible to 1 shot a Zard but you have to time it right because you can leave yourself in a tight spot energy wise if they are set up and can come back.

Pikachu Ex only exists to turn on the Area Zero stadium. It’s replacing Mewtwo Ex because of Pikachu’s ability as well as the fact it’s a 1 retreat cost. We will never attack with it

Right now there isn't a deck that can make Pikachu attack and charge up consistently so for now its just a secondary attacker and in this deck just for making the bench bigger for raikou v

Pika is basically for meeting the requirement for Area Zero and as a mini tank😂. I have seen builds to attakc with it, but I think the are suboptimal in terms of consistency

At 29:00 why can Miraidon attack? It attacked the previous turn and Photon Blaster says "Next turn, this pokemon can't attack"

Effects like this one end when the pokemon is placed on the bench, so the opponent gusting the latias means that miraidon can attack again. You can also do it by yourself through a switching effect.

Yeah for some reason in TCG if you retreat it is no longer the same pokemon. The effect of the attack is basically the equivalent of a special condition (poison, burn, etc) and it gets removed when you retreat or switch to the bench.
