I like the fact they let you ride horses on the beach. My 2 horses big daddy and buford love the beach and getting in the water. We rode them from up and down the beach for miles.

I used to live on miramar beach about 1988. It was my beach, no one was ever there . I lived about a two minute walk from the old wales tail beach bar pictured in this clip. You never knew who you wouldvrun in to back then. One sunday morning after having a big night of drinking ,i took acwalk toward the vicinity of the wales tail area. Coming towards me was an older couple walking arm in arm. I ssid hello and good morning and they replied with yes it is just Wonderful isnt it. It was president Jimmy carter and Rosalind. I went to many concerts on the beach at the whales tail. You never knew who would show up.
