The LILYSILK items look lovely and such good quality, the robin stationery set is just gorgeous, the amarillus bulb is a wonderful suggestion for a gift; in fact, there was nothing I didn't like in this December gift video. I can truly feel the longing and the joy your mother has been having for coffee! I can't imagine how she's made it so long. That said, when I lived in Glasgow, for many of my friends a coffee at home meant Nescafe. Some friends did a french press. When I left my most coffee-loving friends were given my electric drip coffee maker. As most of my Scottish friends wouldn't want to live without a kettle, most yanks wouldn't want to go without their coffee tools. Now, of course, I too must have a cordless electric kettle for a proper tea! I wonder what coffee beans your mother will choose for her coffee?

I have been super organised this year and bought all my Christmas gifts for friends and family but just had to treat myself to one or two of these lovely items (namely the sweater you are wearing and the 3 candle set). I am so glad you have discovered and enjoy the Cottage Fairy channel as much as I do … do check out the channel of Swedish KZbinr “Jonna Jinton” too. This is a lovely curated list of Christmas gift ideas! I find the Hatchards edition of "The Shooting Party" particularly tempting especially since its been on my reading list. You have brought my attention to Liberty diaries and I feel I may forgo my trusted Smythson in favor of that beautiful peacock edition. The addition of poetry sounds so uplifting. I had my favorite little cafes in Philly where I could just pop in for a great cup of coffee and a sweet treat. It was one of the things I missed the most when I moved back to LI.
