Good video, thank you. But when you replaced the filter, I don't think your filter lock ring was seated in the back. it was at an angle tight in front, but wider at the back.

Thank you for the video! I was in the process of cleaning my machine with the cleaning powder and soaking the tubes when my power went out for 3 days here in Texas. I continued the cleaning process when my power turned back on and ran water through my machine for 5-10mins. Ever since then my water has had what flakes/particles in it no matter how long I run water through the machine the white flakes won’t go away. Can you help?

The filter can be bought from the machine supplies. They are pre filter, before the water go through the kangen machine. Remove fluoride from the top water, control scale deposits, depends which filter you choose. I hope it's helpful

Hi Raul. The filter is not disposable, it can be reset, (once) after a long use. It depends on how many liters of water passes through it. I change it once a year. The problem with cleaning notice, I think is the voice control default. You can switch off the machine. Plug out. Leave for several minutes and reconnect. If will be the same, You have to contact your distributor. I hope will be helpful

@Msentertainment @Msentertainment You might be having a problem with the power surge protector. That happened to me. My machine uses a lot of electricity and it trips the breaker in my kitchen so make sure that you look at that little button which you may or may not have depending on where you live. In the US, we have surge protectors on the outlets and I have to continuously depress the button when the machine does not come on. Try that. I hope this helps.

This acid wash cleaning is an ancient technique. Today's modern machines like Athena Jupiter Classic and H2 do not need any acid wash for acid cleaning at all because they have a continuous cleaning process which do not let calcium and salt scales sit on the ionizing plates. Enagic kangen machines also do not use modern SMPS but instead the use old Transformers which are not energy efficient. I must say that Enagic is not upgrading their technology which is a very bad thing.
