Lets not kid ourselves this is bigger than just the police force. Its social media policies that effect everyone working. UK business social media policies often prioritize protecting corporate reputation over transparency, suppressing employees’ ability to speak out about workplace issues, share dissenting views, or expose unethical practices, ultimately distorting the truth to favor the company’s image.
