Tell me about Spider Rock. Decades ago I experienced great peace while visiting the overview one afternoon, and decided to sequester myself up slope and attempt to meditate for a few moments. I thought I was alone, but after 2-3 minutes I heard someone clear their throat, and I looked backward to my left. There were 5-6 people above me in the sparse vegetation that I hadn't noticed, some in lotus posture, eyes closed presumably trying to meditate. Wow, I thought, some places are just that spiritual!
